Q. How do I get a refund?
A. Per Apple support, if a customer is asking for a refund of your app or is experiencing any billing or purchasing issues, direct them to iTunes Store Customer Support. This allows the user to resolve the issue directly with the App Store team.
Q. Will the “Always on” setting in “It’s About Time” cause screen image retention or screen burn-in?
A. Per Apple’s support article about “About the Super Retina display and Super Retina XDR display on your iPhone” and CNet’s article about OLED screen burn-in, likely not. But if there is still concern, be sure to enable the “It’s About Time” screen saver setting.
