Q. How do I get a refund?

A. Per Apple support, if a customer is asking  for a refund of your app or is experiencing any billing or purchasing issues, direct them to iTunes Store Customer Support. This allows the user to resolve the issue directly with the App Store team.

    1. Oh, and MH, even though thankful cannot save your pictures in your “i’m thankful for” list yet, your pictures can be posted/shared from thankful to any sharing app you have. For example, if you attach a picture, you can share it to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Flickr, LinkedIn, Flipboard, Tumblr, Google+, OneNote, plus Message, Mail, Wanderlust, HipChat, Day One, and more!

  1. Hi, I purchased the Thankful app several months ago and I love it! Unfortunately, my phone was stolen while I was on vacation. Is there any way to get my list of things I’m thankful for back? Thank you for your help!

      I’m sorry to hear that your phone was stolen!

      If you are one of the lucky few who backup their iPhone, or if you have ever shared your “I’m thankful for” list via e-mail, you might be in luck!

      If you used iCloud Backup, you may be able to restore your iPhone from iCloud Backup, which should restore your thankful list. PC Magazine has a decent article about this here:,2817,2407494,00.asp

      If you don’t have a recent backup of your iPhone, I’m afraid the list is lost.

      Looking forward, we highly recommend backing up your iPhone/iPad/iPod. It is also recommended to share your list via e-mail occasionally from thankful.

      Also, for the future, we plan to add some sort of extra protection or other means to preserve/export/sync your “I’m thankful for” list.
